Overview
We want every order to be right. If we have made an error, we will put it right at no cost to you. However, because pneumatic components are specified by part number, we are unable to accept returns where the incorrect part number was ordered by the customer.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns We Will Accept
1. We Sent the Wrong Part
If you receive a part that does not match the part number on your order confirmation, we will arrange collection and send the correct item at no charge, or issue a full refund — your choice. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
2. Item Not Received
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with our courier. If the item is confirmed lost in transit we will despatch a replacement or issue a full refund, including any delivery charges paid.
3. Item Arrived Damaged
If goods arrive visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery or make a note with the driver before signing. Then contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is assessed.
4. Faulty or Defective Item
All products we supply are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If a product proves faulty under normal working conditions within the warranty period, contact us and we will arrange a return, repair or replacement as appropriate.
Returns We Cannot Accept
Wrong Part Number Ordered
We list full specifications and part numbers for every product we stock. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the part number ordered is correct for their application before purchasing. We do not accept returns or issue refunds where the incorrect part number has been ordered by the customer.

Also Non-Returnable
- Items that have been installed, used, modified or damaged after receipt
- Cut-to-length tubing and custom-cut products
- Special orders and non-stock items ordered specifically for a customer
- Items returned without prior authorisation
How to Raise a Return

- Quote your order number and describe the issue
- We will confirm whether the return is authorised and arrange collection or provide a return address
- Do not send goods back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns will be refused
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.
Original delivery charges are refunded only where the return is due to our error or a lost or damaged shipment.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK legislation.
